Sonia's House with Garden

Featuring pool views, Sonia's House with Garden provides accommodation with a balcony and a kettle, around 700 metres from Moudania-Nikiti Beach. This holiday home features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.

Just a few meters from the beach, in a wonderful sea ideal for children, is this beautiful maisonette, on two floors, with its own garden with lawn, trees and flowers, terraces with tiled roofs, garden furniture and built barbecue. The house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms, a toilet and a toilet, two large terraces and a balcony and can accommodate up to 7 people.
Before each new arrival, we make sure to clean - disinfect all surfaces that are usually touched by visitors.
The house is located in a settlement (Trikorfo) of the wider area of Gerakini with beautiful gardens surrounded by an old olive grove. It stretches from the crystal clear waters of the beach to the nearby mountain slopes that have a panoramic view. The settlement is located right at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Northern Greece and ideal for nature and sea lovers.
The maisonettes of the settlement are surrounded by gardens and thus ensure a discreet stay with privacy and home comforts. In the settlement there is a cafe-restaurant, beach bar, swimming pool (operates only in July and August) basketball courts, playgrounds and mini markets. In the restaurant you can enjoy Greek and international cuisine, as well as a rich menu of fresh fish and local specialties.
Upon arrival, we offer as welcome homemade cookies, cakes, a bottle of wine, beers, Greek honey, coffee, sugar, tea, fresh fruit. The basic kitchen ingredients are available to prepare meals if you choose to cook.
On the organized beach, you can drink your coffee or drink, relaxing on one of the wooden sunbeds.
Within a radius of 2 km there are taverns and shops.

Apart from the natural beauty of the surrounding area, you can visit the ancient Olynthos, the cave of Petralona, the peninsula of Kassandra, Polygyros and the forest of Holomontas or take a trip to Mount Athos.
By staying in our home we want to have full access to all places (home and garden), you can use any device and generally feel that our home is your home. We hope that during your stay you will take care of it and respect it.
At any time you will be ready to answer your questions so that you have all the information you may need to know the area.
The house keys will be given to you upon arrival.
The house is easily accessible from Thessaloniki. Just take the highway to Sithonia, the route is about an hour.
During rush hour, there is a possibility of noise from the main road.

Free WiFi is available for free. There are one flat-screen TVs in the living room
In front of the house there is a private parking space available.
Arrival is flexible upon consultation.

(The above hours can be flexible if guests are not expected after your departure.)
Necessary clarification: In our settlement and very close to the house there is an outdoor pool that operates during the months of July and August. The rest of the year it remains closed.
Please be informed, that I would need a copy of your passport/ID upon arrival - it's the Greek Tax Law that binds me to that.
