It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car. A small, quaint, double storey house, quiet and welcoming and with beautiful views. The ground floor contains the bedroom and the bathroom, which have been set into the original rock , giving the sense of being in a natural cave, with a north facing window. The top floor leads to the living room and the kitchen. There are two small balconies and a small garden .

Изключително уютна къща с всичко необходимо и всички удобства. Гостоприемни наемодатели. Красива гледка и невероятно спокойствое. Със сигурност ще посетим мястото отново. Препоръчвам го на всички.
