The Villa is 320 square meters with 4000 square meters plot of land. The Villa offers a private pool of 50sqm. Is situated in one of the most beautiful places in chalkidiki – Kriopigi just 80 kilometers from thessaloniki. The villa is 300 meters from a beautiful sandy beach and provides stunning views across the sea.
